Therefore, once the new hair grows in fully by month 12, it is designed to last the rest of your natural life.

The cost is purely mathematical and entirely transparent: it is primarily based on the exact number of grafts your specific degree of baldness requires. A patient who just needs their temporal hairlines lowered slightly (e.g., 1,500 grafts) will pay significantly less than someone needing severe crown and mid-scalp coverage (e.g., 4,500 grafts).

Absolutely not. The large, smiley-face linear scars are a result of the archaic "FUT" (Follicular Unit Transplantation) method, where surgeons used scalpels to physically slice out a block of skin. We strictly use modern FUE.

With FUE, we simply use a microscopic circular punch (0.8mm) to individually core out a single follicle at a time, spacing them out mathematically so your donor area never looks thin. These micro-wounds heal as tiny, imperceptible dots within 5 days. Once your donor hair grows back to a #2 or #3 clipper guard length, there is absolutely zero visual evidence you ever had surgery.

This is extremely important for patients to understand to avoid being scammed by deceptive marketing. Hair does not grow in single strands; it naturally grows in small groupings of 1, 2, 3, or even 4 hairs bundled together. These bundles are called "Follicular Units" or "Grafts."

So, if a clinic says they will transplant 3,000 grafts, they are actually moving roughly 6,000 to 7,500 individual hairs (averaging 2.5 hairs per graft). If a clinic cheaply advertises "5,000 hairs," they are actually only giving you around 2,000 grafts. Always ask for clinic quotes based on strict graft counts, never hair counts.
